Late Show November 29 at Honky Tonk BBQ

Hi,

Hope your preparations for gluttonous feasts are proceeding well.

We have put together a special show to help you digest:

This friday from 10 pm till 1:30 am

at Honky Tonk BBQ (1800 S Racine)

I will lead a great group that includes Joel Paterson on guitar and Beau Sample on bass.

The first set will be early swing, including Benny Goodman repertoire.

The second set will feature blues and honky tonk country, 

I will even wail a song or two.

Entrance is free.

Next show: Comfort station August 1 at 7 pm

Our next show is at an intimate ACOUSTIC venue.

The venue is an art space called Comfort station, an old field house in Logan square: 
2579 N Milwaukee Ave (between Sacramento Ave & Logan Blvd). 

The show is free and we are very excited to play my new compositions as they should be heard, in a concert setting. We will play for about 45 minutes and  there will be another act.

The band consists of: Dan Delorenzo (bass), Jake Sanders (guitar), and Rami Gabriel on oud and guitar.

Hope you can join us at this appropriate setting for original oud jazz waltzes, arabic foxtrots, and traditional oud blues. 

Next Show on May 4

Our next show is on May 4th from 7:30 - 10 pm at 

Honky Tonk BBQ in Pilsen.

This show will feature the refined and indomitable trio format of:

Dan Delorenzo - bass

Jake Sanders - guitars

Rami Gabriel - oud and guitar

We will be playing new compositions and new arrangements,

moving forward with the concept of Swing Hakim.

Join us, for in addition to well-executed music,

the show is free, and the atmosphere at Willie's Honky Tonk BBQ is great.
